    And yes, objects in far distance are really that blurry.

      It's like it was done on purpose to improve performance.

        @IIIWhiteWolfIII Thank you for reply ! On a tv i can run it in 4K with high med/high settings without any problems like that. Also I have turned off all of those performance improvement features, I have also statically over scaled in-game resolution by different multipliers (even to x3 base resolution) and those weird effects are still visible.
