Draugr Spawns Beneath Map

This happened to me on Renewal CQ. I was able to spawn with the Draugr multiple times, and then it randomly spawned me below the map. Though, I'm not sure if I'm actually below the map, or my view is simply stuck below the map while the plane is actually above the map and flying, because when the plane eventually crashes, it shows the ground as if I crashed from above.
