Draugr's DRFM Jammer is not working

I cannot believe this is still an issue after so many updates. Either they are not aware of it, or they just don't want to fix it, which in both cases seems absurd. The Draugr can't fix anyway, so with the DRFM equipped but not working, you are essentially doomed and at the mercy of the **bleep**ing buggy game flipping a coin to see whether your Hammer works or not. The jammer's description says that the jammer makes the drone untargetable period

I have countless clips to show this, but it should require no proof at this point.
