    I deleted my cache and settings folder. They are located in C:/user/username/documents/battlefield2042.

    This fixed the issue for me. @Feguerez

Try disabling xmp in bios and disable rebar in bios, this at least stopped the game from crashing immediately. Not a permanent fix, but it allowed me to at least play.

    @tavkian XMP is disabled already and I do not have rebar available for my GPU. It is a 1070
