EA Play Trial Still Show up even I bought a game.

I play the game on EA Trial and decide to buy a game on PC.
However, The EA Play reminder still showup like I have 15 minutes remaining.
I look into my Origin Library and It showing this.

Is it a bug? and How do I solved this?

Hi @warofdefeatth,

Have you tried clearing the Origin cache to see if that helps? There might be an issue with the cached data in the client.

Well , When I drained up the trial . I can now open the full game as it should be(but with some problem).
Clearing cache seems does nothing for me.

When you've got the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. This might be due to something on the account side, but I'm afraid that we don't have a way to look into that over Answers HQ.

Does it say the game is running a trial when you open the game?

I am still expereincing this issue, i bought ea play trial on steam few days ago to see how does the new EA FC 24 look like.So i played the game and thought it was great and wanted to buy it, i headed over to steam and bought the game while my ea play trial was still on and know it says that my trial has expired and i need to buy the game again.Can you help me resolve this issue?
