EA Tos ignoring my apeal.

My Battlefield 2042 account got unfairly banned back in 2024. At the time, I didn’t really care too much about it, so I just left it. But recently I heard that there’s a free pass in Battlefield 2042 where you can unlock skins for Battlefield 6 by completing it. So, I tried logging back in… and of course, I was still banned.

I ended up buying Battlefield 2042 again on Steam, but when I launched it, I realized my new copy was still linked to the same banned account. I tried to unlink it, but it just wouldn’t work. So, I went ahead and submitted an appeal. I’ve seen people say they usually get an answer in about a week, but it’s already been a month for me, and I haven’t heard back—the case is still just sitting there, open.

(My Kd was 0.9 by the way)

I have also been banned from Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 2042. When I asked what it was I did to cause the ban they just reply with "you violated the anti cheat or user agreement" and so far they refuse to identify what it was I apparently did. I haven't played BF1 since the end of 2023 but was somehow banned on July 1st of this year.

I wouldn't get my hopes up. They seem extremely unfair and it must be too much of a tedious task for them to actually review it and unlock the account. I've been disputing this since the start of this month and I'm still waiting for a half decent response
