Each 2-3 days, the settings are reseted

Summarize your bug Each 2-3 days, when I launch the game (from EA Desktop), the settings are reseted, the game show me the first time cycle (Enable crossplay, some settings, initial video with Irish showing conquest, etc...). I tried to launch the game in normal mode, like admin, from origin, etc. Always the same problem, each 2-3 days I have to reconfigure everything...
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Reconfigure all options one more time...
What happens when the bug occurs? All settings reset
What should be happening instead? Work fine

    Happens to me as well.
    Really annoying because I have a lot of non-default settings.
    What I did to partially mitigate it: copy PROFSAVE_profile file and then use it as a backup.
    But it doesn't help with all the settings. Looks like something isn't stored locally or in any other location.

    Do you use Alt+F4 maybe? It happens to me every time I exit the game using Alt+F4 or task manager. 

    EDIT: The workaround ( wouldn't even call it this way tho ) is to backup setting folder from my documents. You'll have to go through the menu again but then you'll be able to just close the game, replace the settings file and have all of your settings back.

    @Killtheradio Yes!!! It's very possible, today i had a crash and I closed the game with alt +f4. I'm going to try doing a backup.
