@a_nutella_jar Just a heads up- I was having big issues with EAC simply because I had a VPN installed to my PC. It didn’t matter that I didn’t even have it running- I was only able to get EAC to work after I uninstalled the VPN and registry keys.
Might not be your issue, but since I spent probably 3 days working the issue I thought I’d offer that up just in case. Good luck!!
Also- some really good advice I received from someone was to use Revo Uninstaller to delete EA App, BF2042- then go through your Documents folder and delete Cache in the BF2042 folder under Electronic Arts. Also- make sure you have no EAC folders in Program Files (x86) if you’re trying to do a clean install. I found several instances of EAC and they may have been conflicting. I fresh wiped everything EA related and started over and haven’t had issues since.
