EBLC-RAM Some upgrades don't unlock after reaching necessary kills
Some of the upgrades don't unlock after meeting the minimum required kills on the EBLC-RAM vehicle. I've already tried restarting the game, and it didn't correct it.
This issue also occurs on the P51 secondary weapon, so I believe that it may affect all weapons/vehicles.
