from the game store i purchased the Elite edition add on but on EA app it still shows standard edition and nothing changed in the game except the store Elite Edition addon is marked as "owned" please...

Have you checked it's correctly installed after you bought it? If you did and the content isn't appearing, you can get assistance from EA Help at help.ea.com. They would also be the people to contact to request a refund, but please bear in mind that DLC and add-ons usually aren't refundable.
