EMP grenade does not work well after 4.0 patch

I am also experiencing this issue since 4.0 update.

You throw the grenade and for whatever reason it activates/explodes immediately after leaving your hand OR it explodes directly on/above the target vehicle and does nothing.

I would say maybe 1/10 grenades actually disrupt vehicles, the rest do absolutely nothing. 

Even when you are standing 1m away from a vehicle and throw the grenade, it explodes, you get disrupted but the vehicle doesn't.
