I’m not sure if this is such a good idea.
i was running one of my own servers tonight and someone told me that someone else was running a duplicate of my server at the same time!
I looked on the browser screen and sure enough, someone was “hosting” my server!
I think the ability to host someone’s server is fine, but I think permission should be given before someone can host one of your servers.
They shouldn’t be able to just click “host this experience” and effectively clone your server without asking or getting permission.
I have no issues with someone hosting my servers, it’s kinda flattering.
some of my friends will host my servers if I can’t be online.
But the creator of the server should be able to agree to someone hosting their server.
Or, the server code should need to be provided by the creator in order for someone to be able to host a server that isn’t theirs.

This is the guy that hosted my server on the night the problems started with my server.
He was on last night and hosted my jammed server again.
no one else can access, play or host my server - not even me.
But somehow this guy managed to do it.
Dice, your game is broken.
You broke it in the last update.
reset your severs.
You’ve got * all players playing your game.
If you don’t fix this, you will literally have zero people playing it.
