Error 12:4C when trying to Take Down Portal Server

Update: I have the exact same issue as yours. It goes after awhile but now is coming back.

I was waiting for everyone to leave then usually the server will be taken down by itself. But not this time. When I tried to log in tomorrow, the server seems to got "stuck" with one player (1/128), could not join (Invalid Game State) or take it down (Unknown Error: 12:300 1J:4C same as yours).

This is the current state when I tried to join.

@Tarzain12 I have the same issue on PS5.

But, the game doesn’t give me the option to take it down!
Usually, it’s press triangle to take the server down.
But it doesn’t show that next to my server.
It only gives me the option to press X to join.

And I can’t even join it!
I press X and nothing happens. Nothing!
