- @ndfire Hi, the solution helped me.:
1. Set DNS to IPv4
2. Enable the Windows DNS Client Service (Dnscache)
Press Win+R and type regedit to open the registry editor.
In the registry, go to the path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dnscache.
On the right, double-click on Start and set 3 Thanks but I still have the same problem.
this has been going on for a month now and ea has said nothing and done nothing.

In fact, this problem has existed for three years, but they haven't come up with a solution yet.
If you search for the error code on this forum, you will find that this problem has persisted all along.
