Community Manager@Soulcastle Have you been able to get connected to the game? Is it only specific parts of the game, or as soon as you launch?
I can launch the game, but after 5 minutes I get the error disconnect code.

Hi, the solution helped me.:
1. Set DNS to IPv4
2. Enable the Windows DNS Client Service (Dnscache)
Press Win+R and type regedit to open the registry editor.
In the registry, go to the path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dnscache.
On the right, double-click on Start and set 3
restart computer, and try to play- EA_Shepard
