error code 1:3300J:2003I

i can't play battlefield 2042, on my xbox series x in the gamer room,

i get this error code 1:3300J:2003I

i'm trying to uninstall it, tried to reset my xbox, have also tried with another acc and it get the same error.

on my xbox series x in living room, the game works with the same acc and is installe via the same disk it.

    @FoggyPWC @WpBMagikGT1980 so removing my console from the alpha skip ahead phase worked! I’m finally able to play season 2! Kind of sad we had to do that! But at least it’s fixed!

    @kiil01 Having the exact same issue and have now for 3 days. Tried BF5 and worked no issues just seams to be related to BF2042

    @EA_Atic good evening. I am running a wired connection and alot of that guide is for wireless issues. What confuses me the most is I can play other games no issues. Including Battlefield 5.

    I am getting several diffeeent codes for cant connect my xbox. Have cleared local cache and have good wired internet connection that is working. Just kerp getting persistence data error of different codes eCh time.

    I've tried that and doesn't work.

    it's like the install 10 hours trying game when i install it via disc

    but there's only on one of my 3 xbox series x it does it on.

    on two of them it works.

    i here now bought the game digital and now it works on all my 3 xbox

    @EA_Atic Yes no change for me. Have done a complete power cycle of my internet as well. Still no luck.

    Exact same issue for me.  Previously had the trial version installed but now purchased the physical edition and can't connect.

    @FoggyPWC I used to have the trail version installed too. I wonder if that's got something to do with it. Would be a weird error but I alryfind this error weird considering no other games have issues
