Hey everyone, I got off chat with EA and this worked for me.
1) Turn off your PS5 completely (not Rest Mode).
Unplug it from power for 30 seconds.
Plug it back in and restart
2) Follow the below steps to restore the licenses: Go to Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses.
Select Restore and wait until the operation has been completed and try accessing your content again.
3) Follow the below steps to update the system software: Go to Settings > System > System Software > System Software Update and Settings > Update System Software. Select Update Using Internet >> Follow the below steps to rebuild the database. Make sure your PS5 system software is up to date. Turn your console all the way off (not just Rest Mode). Boot the console in Safe Mode. Press and hold the Power Button for seven seconds (release when you hear the second beep). Connect a DualSense controller to the PS5 with a USB cable. Select the option to “Rebuild Database”
I did all these steps and it resolved the issue. best of luck
