error "start your game from the distribution platform"

Hello, after todays update I get everytime the error "start your game from the distribution platform [...]" I tried to launch it via Steam, via Origin, tried to repair the game files and restarted ...

    @k3vl4r The current status is:
    "The team is working hard to get Hotfix #8.1.0.1 rolled out on Monday, 16th at 08:00 UTC for PC players."

Hi everyone,

 I just installed 2042 fresh on my new PC, and when I try to launch the game I get the error message "Please launch the game from your distribution platform".

Why am I getting this error message please, and what can i do about it?
