This is an error message from either Origin or the EA app that means that either your local IP has changed rapidly between play sessions, or someone else tried to use your account in a different location within a short time frame. It's also common if you're using VPN, for example.
(If you are not using a VPN and you want to make sure that your account is safe, I would advise you to get in touch with our EA Live Support team to make sure that everything is checked well.)
If Origin/EA app detects this, it goes into a 'lockdown' mode to protect your account and data, hence you're not able to launch the game. This is a lock that will be lifted automatically after 24h. However, if you keep logging in to Origin/EA app (or Steam) with this EA account and try to launch the game within the 24h, the lock time will extend itself.
Unfortunately, this is not something we can resolve from our side or via troubleshooting, I am afraid. This is a built-in security feature of Origin / EA app.
