Exiting vehicle multiple issues

1.  Still can't exit vehicles, constantly spamming the E key

2.  When you finally exit vehicle you cannot use your primary weapon, it switches to your side arm

3.  When you exit vehicle you can't aim up or down, you have to switch to your sidearm and then back again

4.  When you exit vehicle you cannot use all of your c5, only 1
