DICE TeamCan we activate network perfromance graph and record on the issue will giv us information in order to investigate on what is going on.

Can you check two things plz
1) open CMD as administrator
2) type BCDEDIT /set useplatformclock false
This will disable the HPET of your windows
Reboot afterwards and check if it helps the performance of the game
3) to check network you can do this simpel test too:
ping a server or other website via the CMD command as in the example below...
ping websitename -t
Check if there are any ping spikes occur or even errors appear
