I am in the same situation, after season 6 update I just can’t play the game. The new EA anticheat lock my laptop, I can’t use the keyboard or mouse and lose my audio (USB Headphones).
Last time it happened, I was lucky the trackpad was still operational, and I was able to reboot the laptop.
In this same forum I requested a diagnostic tool or a way to see logs related to the anticheat to see what the problem was, but the only solution I had was “reinstall the anticheat until it works”.
My biggest fear is EA will use this anticheat engine on the new Battlefield title.
