FIXED - Portal Servers Crashing Since Update 5.0.0 | "Player Removed From Game"

Did some testing today with different Portal servers and i can not compleet a game on any portal server without being kick and getting the error
I can play on any normal server IF i can find a game take up too 5 min. to find a game and i have no hit reg on normal server thats why i play on portal most of the time
Also found that in main menu my videocard is at 100% why????bug???

  EA's please. Aim recoil is returned to the previous season .. I'm very uncomfortable to shoot . and running a bit swaying please delete it so that the game is more comfortable

  Really pissing me off. My son recently expressed interest in these games so I got him EA Play a few days ago so we could play together, and now THIS BS. We play Portal a lot because he's new to FPS so he's learning the ropes.
  Something that breaks the game should take precedence over any "balance" complaints but I have not seen a response from EA yet.

The same thing happens to me, I can't finish a game without getting that error, and then that server disappears in the searches for me

Happens on PS4 also but it also cause the game to crash and close

Today the errors changed 11-06-2023 im just getting disconnected from portal servers mid gameand end up in main menu. Speaking of the main menu is the place where my rtx 2080 super goes nuts and goes to 100% usage and aboute 225W never did that. Also got new problem on all servers my aim is gone First bullet hit and the rest miss all the time tryed diffrent gun all the same first shot hit and the rest miss. Well maybe its me so i tryed shooting AI and same thing first shot hit the rest miss now im really feelling bad for EA they are trying to make money but they really suck at it need for speed went very bad to so maybe this is the best its ganna get becauose they are trying but only getting worst. Also screenshot with riva overlay where you can see GPU 70 deg, and 100% usage no overclock. wtf cant post screen shot its to large max file size is 3072 hahaha well i tryed

Same thing. All player are kicked from the Portal server after a map or three.

  Has EA even acknowledged this issue yet?
  I haven't seen anything on it yet.
  EA, save your tweets reminding everyone about "EA Rules" until you fix this issue. I'm sure many of us will be in a much better mood after that.

    @IPFreely_C4S As far as I can see, there has been no word from devs or the CM’s about this. Not even so much as an acknowledgment that this issue exists.
    Not a good look at all.
    You’d think they’d jump on this immediately considering the issue started with the release of season 5.
    
    Multiple threads and posts on here and also the discord and not one response from the dev team.
    I patiently wait..
    
    Like you guys, everyone in portal servers ges kicked to the game Home Screen every single match.
    All xp and progress is post in the process.
    So basically, this issue makes it literally pointless to play.
    Me and my friends put up with it for 2-3 matches and then abandon ship and turn the game off.

@EA_Leeuw Care to add or give the community some form of acknowledgement to this situation as well as the portal xp issues as well?

  @DrSugMe I can confirm that a dev recently stated that “they are investigating” and have “nothing new to share”.
  
  I also suggested they put a banner up on here to at least let people know that it’s being looked at. It would help calm people down at least.
  
  Not sure if they’ll take my advice though.

    It's generally just good customer service to acknowledge an issue like this on an official outlet, not have paying customers constantly chasing, that's all we're asking for right now!
    "We are aware of an issue with Portal servers kicking all players and randomly restarting, it is being investigated. We will update you all once we have more information."
    There ya go, you can copy & paste that to save some effort! 🙌
