FIXED - Portal Servers Crashing Since Update 5.0.0 | "Player Removed From Game"

The South African Portal severs crash mid way through the game, the players are booted to the main menu with the prompt "ERROR PLAYER REMOVED FROM GAME Game ended, all players disconnected."...

Really pissing me off. My son recently expressed interest in these games so I got him EA Play a few days ago so we could play together, and now THIS BS. We play Portal a lot because he's new to FPS so he's learning the ropes.

Something that breaks the game should take precedence over any "balance" complaints but I have not seen a response from EA yet.
