FIXED - Portal Servers Crashing Since Update 5.0.0 | "Player Removed From Game"

The South African Portal severs crash mid way through the game, the players are booted to the main menu with the prompt "ERROR PLAYER REMOVED FROM GAME Game ended, all players disconnected."...

How long does it take? I have lost out on hundreds of thousands of xp due to the server always crashing at the end of 90% of games. How are you just pretending this doesn't exist. You enable double xp but then don't allow anyone to earn it in portal. If this wasn't intended why have we heard at least an acknowledgment of the problem.
