Flickering textures on playstation 5 while playing

Hi Community,

I’m seeing some flickering textures while playing battlefield on my playstation 5 console. I thought at first that the issue is a hardware related issue in my console. I have contacted sony and showed videos about the issue i had. The console was tested by sony and they said it’s a game related issue the console operating very well without any problem in all other games and this is true because i only have this issue in battlefield 2042.

Anyone experienced such an issue !?
I have see some others talking about the issue on pc but not on playstation. 
i hope to see this issue fixed soon

    Yes I do get them sometimes while on foot

    They happen more often when driving Tanks

    My wife was having the same issue last night on her Xbox Series X. We were grouped up and I was sitting right next to her and did not have the problem also on Xbox Series X. The only difference is she is playing on a little older Sony 4K TV and I'm on a newer LG 4k OLED.

    I just start to get this on ps5

    sky is gliching on spearhead

    @Hard_Attack_HD   Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

     

    Power cycle the PlayStation console

    1. Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
    2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
    3. Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.

    @EA_Atic Thanks for your answer but sorry i will not do so, because this issue happens only inside bf2042 and that was confirmed by Sony as the console had been fully tested by them. I have a lot of other high end games on my console that are working perfectly even at 4K 120fps such as CoD Modern warfare 2, God of war Rängarok, Horizon Forbidden west and others titles, that have graphically higher resolution and more world details and raytracying than bf2042 and especially that they run at 4K 120fps, All of that and I never seen such artifacts while playing at all. Aside from that If such a power cycle were needed, it would be done by Sony as the console has been tested.
    Update to the issue:
    I realized couple days a go that the artifacts happens even in the menu sometimes with some randomly pressed buttons combinations, where the font will be melted somehow and some letters will be gone until i go to another menu and back again.
