Same issue here. But if you disable all the cards that you are not using and keep only the one enabled it is working. But still annoying.

@LordDres In device Manager* make sure just to disable. Don't uninstall

I have 4 GPUs for mining and disabling all of them to play is just not worth it.
Not a problem with any other game I've tried.
