Game was running fine in Season 3, now all of a sudden this is happening (attached screenshot)

I actually didn't have that problem today, actually managed to play a few games today just fine.
The only thing I changed was disabling GeForce Experience Overlay, that *seemed* to stop whatever memory thing was happening here.
CPU Usage still remains ridiculous though
EDIT: Woops, spoke too soon, memory usage is back up to 100% constantly
@Chungotron I do see some weird error with PerfWatsonTcdb < (Visual Studio 19 ) and youre explorer.exe
Did ya already scan for any maalware and spyware, also do a root scan with malwarebytes anti root scanner.
Youre 32gb of memory is totaly being used , i do not know what ya got running in the background, but check everything thats booting with windows !

uninstall any software ya dont need, make sure ya check advanced to remove registyry and file/folders left over.
Also check TOOLS / AUTORUNMANAGER in revo uninstaller to disable apps from booting with windows
Run revo uninstaller as admin !

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play on a PC with the same build, although it sounds like lots of other people are having similar problems.

What should be happening instead? The game should not be using 100% of the CPU and only 60% of the GPU. Other triple AAA titles on my computer have the CPU at 50 - 60% and the GPU at 80%.

Still massive issues with it. Tried every setting and resolution combination imaginable but the game is drawing NOTHING from my GPU and caps my CPU at 100% constantly. My GPU is closer to room temperature if anything, so the game is obviously not bothering to use it.
This has been an issue for myself and many others from release. Don't hold your breath for a fix
