I am still having this issue as well on an i7-10700F.  No other game produces this issue.  I have cleaned out my system, checked the CPU.  Added the config file(Which did absolutely nothing).  I just want to play the game but if I go into 64 or higher matches it becomes unplayable.  I just want to play the damn game I paid for with my friends.  How many months do I have to keep waiting for a fix?
