I'll give an example: BF1 at 60fps feels more smooth than BF2042 at 110fps!

Something is not right.

Why this game need to use 100% cpu too if that dont make it smooth?

@Ninja_figurante if a core (or more cores) run at 100% , it will also get hot (hotter).
This could throttle down Mhz (speed).
How many core are running at 100%?
Check system during gameplay with HWINFO64 , use SENSORS only, run game and check temps / Mhz.
Some system info would be nice, post a dxdiag for example !
