Hey everyone, my game keeps crashing without giving me any error codes or anything. and sometimes it doesn't even launch the game at all. i have updated all drivers and os and its still happening. is it an EA play issue or something?

Could you send me a DxDiag ?
- Press the Windows and R keys at the same time.
- Type DxDiag in the window that appears, then click Save All Information and save the file wherever you want.
- Then drag and drop the file here, click Share - add the .txt file as an attachment.

After analyzing your Dxdiag, I couldn't find anything that could cause your game to crash.
