Game crashes my Xbox Series X

Summarize your bug Game crash and turn off Xbox too. Immediately. It’s like you unplug the console from power cable. No overheating messages. Console is absolutely well ventilated. Read down for other info. I tried everything.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use an Xbox series X and play the game, maybe for 3 hours it doesn’t happen, other times it happen every 10 minutes.
What happens when the bug occurs? It’s like you unplug the power cable from Xbox while playing
What should be happening instead? Not crashing

Ok so I did everything in my capacities. Here a summarize:

- I play with a 1440p monitor 120hz

- Xbox is updated

- I use wireless headset, steelseries 7x

- Xbox is connected by Ethernet 

- the controller is usb connected to Xbox 

- THE XBOX IS ABSOLUTELY WELL VENTILATED! 
- it doesn’t happen with other games, I have the Xbox since first day release in 2020 and never happened.

Here what I tried:

- setted Xbox to 1080p and 60hz (manual overral) it keep crashing.

- tried to enable 4k content, it keep crashing

- cleared cache (with 2 different methods) it keep crashing

- tried to use an headset with jack, keep crashing

- tried to change power cable, keep crashing

I’m in Italy, Gt is: Ryse Ares

The game it’s unplayable and I think it’s not safe for the Xbox keep playing and crashing… 

I already posted during the beta the same problem and someone of your stuff said that it’s a problem of ventilation…..

It’s not, the console is free from dust and placed on a desk with 21 Celsius degree.

Same issue here, mine is in a well ventilated area as well. It's definitely something on their side. Many post on reddit saying this same thing

Yup, same. Can't finish a round of any mod. This is just stupid.

The game is shutting down my console. 

Currently very big problem with Battlefield 2042. The game sometimes runs 5 times but also 10 minutes, after which it crashes completely and my console turns off completely. The problem already existed in my beta. Say the whole system crashes. The following points have

NO IMPROVEMENT brought !!!

- Xbox Series X Reset completely 

- Battlefield 2042 Newly installed

- Console connected to a single socket and night   multiple plug

- Cache and memory emptied

- Console is free and has enough space for the outgoing heat

It's unbelievable... such a problem has NEVER existed before.

90€ paid for pre-ordered and now that * 🤦🏼‍♂️

Same problem here. I hope they will solve this fast.

Ok! But please please please don’t say it’s a problem with ventilation! Don’t say it again! @EA_Atic 

Please look into it this time rather then pushing it to one side and labelling it as a connection or ventilation issue. I appreciate the help and hope we can all finish at least one game 😂
