Not sure what "CPU driver" you are referring to - chipset maybe?
You did not say whether you disabled onboard graphics, as I suggested, so that's a start.
Also, there are multiple issues mentioned in the Diagnostics section of the report. Your resolved all of them?

That's something you will need to decide on your own. I don't know your level of technical competence. Besides, this isn't a PC tech support forum. This forum focuses on getting the game working. Some (possibly all) of the issues showing up in your report are not specific to this game.
