Game fails to load texture and models

After the 3.1 update, most of the times games keep failing to load texture and models mid game, and when that thing happens if the game ended or when I leave the match, I ended up on a blackscreen with bgm in the background and there's no other way to interact than force close the game via task manager. And yes, the game is on ssd and in fact a nvme ssd not the sata one. Before the 3.1 everything was fine, been doing settings reset and deleting the 2042 folder in my documents still ended up the same.
