Game freezing up for a few seconds random, causes huge gameplay issues

This just started. When I first installed the game for the first few days or so, this wasn't happening. Now I can't get this problem to go away. It just freezes up the exact same way every minute or ...

Platform: Windows 11

Date/Time issue started: since the last update as far as i can tell

Are you getting an error message? no.

Does this happen in any game mode? no.

How can we find this issue ourselves? i have no idea

Please list all steps you've tried so far:

sfc /scannow

disabled AV

repair game

uninstall/reinstall game

3 diff nvidia drivers

i have crash and stall logs i can supply , DXDIAG attached
