Game keeps freezing and stuttering

the problem is kinda new on my end. when i was playing yesterday, the game crashed randomly straight to desktop with no error message, buffering or anything. so i restarted it, but when i played it again, the game kept having several second long freezes, and its been going on ever since. its getting to the point where its kinda unplayable to me right now

i have tried updating my GPU driver, as well as reverting back to a version that was stable, but that didn't work. i also tried deleting the shader cache, which did nothing, validated files on steam, repaired EA app, restarted computer and reset my GPU settings. i have no idea how else i can fix this issue and its really killing any chance i have at playing this game right now

i got a few clips of what it looks like. sometimes the entire screen freezes, other times things like moving grass is still visible, and a few others i can look around, but its like the game forgets how to simulate physics

i genuinely dont know what caused this to happen or how im supposed to fix it

EDIT: man someone's gotta explain to me why these videos are always so tiny when i insert them :V

    Same issue here. It's happening so often it makes the game unplayable.

    Same for me. My guess is it has to do with the anticheat. Had no stuttering before this. Not even at launch. It's really frustrating as this is my main game. Sometimes a full system reboot will allow the game to run smoothly for a bit, but it comes back over time. Stuttering every 15-20 seconds for 2-3 seconds. Getting impossible to play.

    At first I was concerned my hardware was failing, but I have no issues in other games.

    Noticed something strange though. I'm not a controller player but I nonetheless tried playing a game with it.
    Weirdly, the game didn't freeze once. But I soon as I resumed playing with mnk it kept freezing again.

    I thought it might come from my devices so I tried with differents mice and keyboards but it didn't change a thing.

    Keyboard : Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed + rando cheap keyboard

    any solution for this or an update coming  mine took 1 to 2min to load inside map and lobby took to long to aprear

    I have the exact same issue. My solution was to drop my resolution and my settings to medium. I have a 4090 + 7950x. My resolution when the issue (TN spike) occurs is when I am at 4k (2160p) high/ultra settings. I drop my resolution to 2k (1440p) with medium settings and the issue is gone. I have done so many troubleshooting steps, like installing new components and completely reinstalling windows 10 & 11. Nothing helps but the quality drop for some reason. It is the dumb time nudge (TN) spiking and it's making the game unplayable.
