GAME PASS/EA APP ERROR - LICENSING OF MY PRODUCT UNAVAILABLE

When I try to start the game, it says that they can't successfully license my product because of wrong account type or it pops out that my computer isn't connected to internet, when it obviously is. when i put in my login and password, it says again that giving me license is not possible. I access EA Play by Game Pass Ultimate. Please help!!!!!!!!!!
