GAME SITS IN IDLE IN PRIVATE SERVERS AS OTHERS JOIN

yet another bug in this flog of a game, yet to have a flawless night without something wrong. Friend start a server sits in idle in the lobby and doesnt connect to the private server. Nothing wrong with my internet, all other games are fine and Public servers. Work Around ? (Fix the game)
