Game sits on black screen when launching

Hey, @Hollow_BF can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with Battlefield 2042 and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

hi, @EA_Atic, ive tried clean boot and the problem is still happening, ive attached the dxdiag

i also dont get the promt to allow the network when i launch the game even after reinstalling the game and the origin app

@EA_Atic   my wireless headset thing, my mouse, my webcam, my mic, my fan rgb controller and i think thats it there might be a couple more things i missed but i have alot plugged into my pc and all the ports are 3.0 or 3.2

@EA_Atic  i tried unplugging some of the things in my pc that wasnt my keyboard, mouse or headset and the game still sat on the black screen, and i still didnt get the network prompt appear when i launch the game

hello @EA_Atic, sorry for the late reply been away for the week but ive tried reinstalling it a few times and never fixes the problem, ive tried reinstalling both origin and battlefield and doesnt work

install latest gpu driver is now 31.0.xxxxxx
