Game Will Not Launch : Direct X

When I launch the game, it gets as far as "looking for online servers" and hangs.....

This is the error message below:

Is there a fix that works?

I play other games with no issues at all.

My rig should be good enough:

32GB RAM

RTX3080 TI GPU

Z390 ROG STRIX Mother Board
