I have the same issue. It is really disturbing to not be able to host an experience we created. Google says it is that EA does not have enough server capacity to handle all of the server requests. This is a big problem, especially if portal becomes a great success even into BF6. There is nothing that we can do on the client side as far as I can tell. This is on EA.
