This has been ongoing since 1-2 days before patch 3.2
They absolutely know about it. It is widespread and encountered on a daily basis (I play 6-8 hours per day)
There's no way they are not aware of this bug. They just don't seem to care to hotfix it. It should not take weeks or months to fix game-breaking glitches in a AAA title that people are paying 100+ USD for
EA / Dice this is becoming a major issue.
When it happens, you cant even quit as the game goes to an infinite black screen. You have to Alt+F4 out of the game and relaunch the entire game.
