Have to relaunch game to get in a match - Game goes to load up and loops to menu

the solution didn't work for me, I'm in PC and the same problem happens to me all the time, I need to restart the game to get in a match

My game have problem - no item in menu, no resp possiblity buton not respond like on film:

I play on xboxSX

Can't even get into a game on PC. When I try, it shows the countdown on the bottom but instead of the game starting it just shows my character and takes me back to the main menu. Anyone else having this issue?

(READ THIS IF YOU'RE ON PC!) for you guys that are still playing and constantly restarting the game to get in a match just don't. I did the same thing and it deleted all of my setting's data. I also need to remember what setting I changed and it's super annoying so I recommend not to play the game if you're having this problem or else it could cause data loss! If you still wanna play the game, just in case make a notepad file and copy your settings from Documents > Battlefield 2042 > settings > PROFSAVE_profle by opening it with notepad and copying all of the text. If your setting's data are reset, you could copy the text from the notepad file that you just made and copy it to PROVSAVE_profile and your settings will be back to how they used to be. (THIS FIX ONLY WORKS ON PC!)

more detail on the bug : I couldn't enter a match without restarting the game and I could only play 1 match before the problem starts again. How the bug happens is unknown but it shows your character instead of entering the loading screen, for some modes it will show you a black screen. Though I saw an error message every time I start the game called "UNKNOWN ERROR 2:2600 J", this error could be connected to the bug or not but the error name itself is "UNKNOWN" so idk if its connected or not. I hope this bug gets fixed as soon as possible because its annoying that I need to restart the game every time I want to play. Because I constantly restart the game, it once reset my settings and data of me playing the game and I need to go through the tutorial again and all of my settings that was reset and It was back to default.

This problem has already been happening to some people in the Beta. only happen to me? in theory I have ports open in router. Some site with ports for bf 2042? not equals to bf 5?

Me too, the only way i had is to close the game and start it again. 
it happened every time I completed a game and start searching again the only way i found is restarting.
