Have to relaunch game to get in a match - Game goes to load up and loops to menu

This problem has already been happening to some people in the Beta. This bug happened right after I downloaded BF 2042 lol. The solution for now is restarting your game after every match, I know it's annoying but there's no other way. There's a person in a bug report that he found a fix by adding a protocol to his router but most people find the fix not working for them. The only thing we can do now is wait until EA could find a solution. If this bug doesn't get fixed in the first patch I guess we wait for the next one until EA takes this bug seriously. We need to make EA aware of this because its annoying for us to restart the game after every match finishes ya know?

in 2042, im clicking "play" and for both conquest and breakthrough, and all portal modes (basically everything in the game). itll matchmake, do a little animation, then i get booted right back to the "play" menu and its doesnt load me in. Anyone know whats happening? Itll search for a game, give me the aircraft carrier animation, do another scene just revolving around my character with no loading symbol, then boots me right back to the play screen.

(i did mess with some settings in the player config, like enable dx12, and i have crossplay disabled, but i dont think thisll affect anything? Sometimes it works and i get put into a game, other times it doesnt and i have to keep trying. Ive cleared steam cache and it didnt do anything.)

I've been having this issue as well. Sometimes you can mitigate it by turning off ransomware protection under windows antivirus settings, or by allowing BF2042 and it's component files to make folder changes. There are plenty of Youtube videos on it. Unfortunately, it works for some folks, but our problem -causes- it. So I'm not sure what else to do but wait for an answer.

I've finally found a solution to the menu loop/relaunching game every time to get in a match bug. I tried installing Cloudflare WARP and turned on WARP mode and now I could enter any match without restarting the game again. This is a temp fix for the bug. May not work for everyone, but if it does then awesome!
