I have a very similar issue. Although my fps is decent (around 120-130 at 1440p), i have severe lag, ping and packet loss. In addition to this, I noticed this issue translates over to all battlefield games. Of course not to mention my CPU utilization at 100%
Specs:
RTX 3080
Intel i7 12000f @ 2.1ghz
Ram: 32gb

only the low fps one, nothing network related popped up as far as I know, will boot up the game again tomorrow and see if I can get any of the others.

Those icons indicate that the issue is client-side, so on your end. It's likely that there's something going on with your in-house network or ISP. I would recommend taking a look at our Network Troubleshooting guides:
