Those icons indicate that the issue is client-side, so on your end. It's likely that there's something going on with your in-house network or ISP. I would recommend taking a look at our Network Troubleshooting guides:

heya @EA_Leeuw its gotten even worse somehow..
- @LiveShavaaa its not youre network. Ya got high TN - Timenudge !
Check youre system for any issues, try a cleanboot !
Cheershave done that multiple times, ironically this does not happen when in low action areas. Other online games run smoothly without any issues
Update, i went into msconfig and killed all the non ea or windows related services. that helped out a lot performance wise. game running smoothly again, though i dont know what service caused such heavy TN.
