I’m an Xbox series S player, I’m trying to add my friend who plays on ps5 via our EA IDs. We both have cross play on however whenever we search our EA IDs it says ‘no players matched’ for both of us, why is this and how can I solve this??
Are you both playing PS5™ or Xbox Series X|S version or the PS4™ or Xbox One version?
Current gen versions for Xbox Series/PS5 and last gen versions for Xbox One/PS4 aren't compatible and friends requests won't go through.
Make sure you're both playing the current gen version of the game because it's possible to play the last gen version on Xbox Series and PS5.
