High CPU Usage (80-90%) and Input Lag since Season 2

I am reporting a significant performance degradation that started after the Season 2 update. My CPU usage has increased to 80-90%, which causes severe input lag and stuttering, making the game unplayable. Recent patches have not resolved this issue.

My System Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti

RAM: 32GB T-Create 6000MHz

Despite having a high-end system, the game feels unresponsive. Please investigate why the CPU optimization has regressed since Season 2.
