High ping
Can you please sort my high ping issue , I have contacted my ISP no issues experienced on there end I have been fine since the last update I need this sorted cos I paid for this * service .

If you experience lagging or high ping while playing online, I'd recommend the steps listed here on our website. This should improve things for you.
Also, you can run a ping test (like the one at ping-test.net*) and checking your min and max results. If there is a big difference between the two, this means your connection is jittery. To fix this, you need to get help from your ISP.
Like I mentioned before my set up has not changed , I am on a wired connection , I have done all the troubleshooting intended as I have background in network testing , I contacted my ISP they completes a network reset 2 days ago , issue still ongoing , my ping has always been green but since this season update my ping has been on 150+ ever since .

Can I please confirm your location in the world and the name of your ISP? I'll check if there are any similar reports of this.
