High PL OUT playing BF 2042

Hello All,

  For a couple of months I've been having some serious PL OUT spikes every single game and haven't been able to figure it out. I'm playing on PC, hardwired with CAT 6 patch cable (router right next to me), 2.5Gbps port on my router, 1 Gbps internet. I've done EVERYTHING. My PL OUT ranges from 4% - 18% and spikes about every 30 seconds every single game.

I've port forwarded the following ports I found in another thread on this forum for PC: https://www.portforwardinghub.com/games/battlefield-2042-port-forwarding/

In my firewall I have allowed all ports inbound and outbound for the Battlefield application.

I've done everything I can on my end and can't help to think it's issues with the servers.

I'm running Windows 10 all updated
